No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund Policy:

At VIKTOP, we take great care to ensure that each product meets the highest quality standards before shipping. Therefore, we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy.

However, in the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item , we will consider your claim only if a parcel opening video is provided as evidence. The video must:

Clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
Be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Note : Complaints without the required parcel opening video will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy:
